Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Service Vehicles Maintenance Department (SVMT) seeks the services of a Contractor/Agency to perform Annual Inspections of lifting devices and equipment mounted on vehicles, such as Cranes, Boom/Bucket Trucks, Derricks, Hoists, Scissor Lifts, Sky Watch Towers, etc. for the Authority in accordance with current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. Benefits of this acquisition to WMATA are tied directly to Authority wide objectives to offer reliable, convenient, affordable and comfortable services to attract and maintain ridership on Metro Bus; and safety of its employees.
