The Authority seeks to award a contract to a qualified Contractor to provide all design and construction of mechanical system upgrades, mechanical systems equipment replacement and construction to attain access to the existing systems at several WMATA facilities. The project will include removal and replacement of Rooftop HVAC Units (RTU), Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Print Shop Humidification System at the Good Luck Road Facility, design and installation of the Montgomery Bus Division Exhaust Fan Access, replacement of Exhaust Fans at the Queenstown Road Storage Facility and replacement of the Chiller Water at the Pennsy Drive Facility.
