If your company is listed and shows the Supplier Status as anything other than “Accepted” then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved. **Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time. **Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. Description of Work: Provide labor and material to 2201 W. College Parkway to complete the remodel of an existing classroom. This work will include but is not limited to: Drop Ceiling replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, data upgrades, wall construction (furring), casework additions, and finish upgrades. Labor Commissioner #: CC-2021-410 SPWD Project #: 21-B083 Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 - $150,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation Insurance. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "October 4, 2021" and shall be fully complete by "December 17, 2021".
