THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed priced contract to Career Communications Group, Inc. for a WOC STEM Conference.in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Market research and information gathered determined this company to be the only source for this requirement.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability and past performance. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
