The purpose of the sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of the interests, capabilities and qualifications of members of the Small Business Community. This sources sought notice is to help USAID field missions and USAID/Washington strengthen the quality of their anti-trafficking , gender based violence and quick response, short-term technical assistance programs and to expand the Agency's knowledge of trafficking issues.
