The intent of the procurement is to award a single firm-fixed price contract. 

The Government will not reimburse any firms for any bid, proposal, or quotation preparation costs.

Performance Work Statement (PWS), & Applicable SCA Wage Determinations are issued as attachments to the solicitation.

This requirement is 100% Total Set-aside for 8(a) Small Businesses Concerns

Offerors shall fully complete and return Section 889 Representation Requirements under FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-25, and 52.204-26 found within attached solicitation in order to be considered for award.
