The Contractor shall provide Workers Compensation Insurance coverage to all locally employed employees of U.S. Embassy Canberra. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. Contractor shall be licensed by or act on behalf of, the Australian Capital Territory workers’ compensation authority and provide worker’s compensation coverage as required in the Worker’s Compensation Act 1951.
The contract will be for a one-year period from July 01, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
The Contractor shall possess all permits, licenses, and any other appointments required for the prosecution of work under this contract, all at no additional cost to the Government. The Contractor shall perform this contract in accordance with local laws. The Contractor is required to be an approved Workers Compensation Insurer under the Workers Compensation Act 1951.
