The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with MOI, Address: 1801 Porter Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 for the purpose of purchasing workspaces. This procurement is in support of increasing efficiency of work space in the building. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because the workspaces must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, and function) with existing systems presently installed. The new workspaces must coordinate and connect with the existing system by design and function

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
