Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Whiteriver Service Unit is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who could provide a Water Softener Upgrade. Contractor will  remove the existing water softener, prepare a room for the new water softener, procure the new water softener, disconnect the existing cooling tower from city water, reconnect the cooling tower to the new water softener, and take care of starting up, calibration and training of the new equipment. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.
