The Billings Area Indian Health Services, Wind River Service Unit in Ft. Washakie Wyoming and Arapahoe Wyoming intends to awasrd on a sole-source base under the authority of FAR Part 6-302-1 with Century Link Telephone Company, 1801 California St. #5100 Denver CO. 80202-2651, for wired telecommunication services. Services to be provided include local and long distance wired telecommuniactions services. The Purchase Order shall consist of a 12 month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 24, 2014 by 10:00 a.m. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with requirements listed and show that competitiion would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determintion by the Government not to complete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determiniing whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with thew sole source acquisition to Century Link Telephone Company.
