SPE4A7-15-R-1799 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 57 each of NSN 1560-01-497-6603, TRAILING EDGE, AIRCRAFT. This is used on the A-10 Thunderbolt Aircraft.

FAT will be required, Government Testing on one unit.

Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination.

Delivery will be required within 350 Days for the FAT item and 350 days After First Article Acceptance for the Production Items.

Source Approval Statement applies to this part. The only approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.

An Electronic MYLAR Drawing forms a part of the Export Controlled Technical Data Package provided with this material. If unable to use the Data in the electronic format the Contractor will be responsible for having the data converted to the necessary format, i.e. MYLAR Film. The MYLAR will be included in the Bidset provided by DLA Aviation.
