Amendment 2-The purpose of this amendment is to update the Pricing List to remove Category 5 Testing from Option Year 1 and 2.

Category 5 Testing will be required for base year at beginning and end of Option Year 3.

The US Army Corps of Engineers Francisco Distirct, San Francisco, CA (SPN) requests a proposal for the Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) and Warm Springs Dam (WS) Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Repair Services.  CVD is located at Lake Mendocino, Ukiah, CA and Warm Springs Dam (WSD) is located at Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, CA.
