Project involves rehabilitation and upgrade of the aeration basins including installation of Owner-furnished aeration piping and cloth media. Also includes concrete repairs, slide gates, electrical work, and other pipe modifications in the aeration basins. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Mukwonago and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
