It is the intent of the Bureau of Reclamation to award a sole source contract to Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites, and Trails for surveillance and patrols at Seminoe, Kortes, Glendo Guernsey, Boysen, Buffalo Bill Dams and Powerplants. This action is authorized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b) (1).
This procurement is being conducted pursuant to Part 12 and 13 of the FAR. Since Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the service that will satisfy the agencyÿs requirement, a Determination to Solicit from a Single Source has been prepared and approve by the Great Plains Regional Office Chief of Contracting.
The Government intends to award this requirement on or around June 19, 2017. Vendors that recognize they can fully provide the required service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Purchasing Agent. In order to allow for sufficient Government consideration, vendors shall submit their written Letter of Intent no later than June 16, 2017. Responses received after June 16, 2017 may not be considered by the Government.

[email protected]. All responses should include the vendorÿs Duns and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors should additionally identify themselves as either a ÿsmall businessÿ or and ÿother than small businessÿ under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561612. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 20.5 million.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to the notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
The base year contract period is expected to be approximately June 2017 to May 31, 2018.
2 Optional years contract period is expected to be approximately June 1st to May 3 for 2019, & 2020.
