GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,500 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, for occupancy by the Social Security Administration for a term of 15 years, 7 years firm, with occupancy to commence in the year 2005. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Jamestown, North Dakota. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, including build to suit, will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Jamestown, North Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer.
