LEASE SPACE DESIRED The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 1010,000 rentable square feet of office space at a single location within five (5) mile radius of the James E. VanZandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602-4377. VA will consider a lease to one broker for space equaling 10,000 rentable square feet at different locations within a five(5) mile radius. Rentable space must yield ten (10) offices, two(2), conference rooms ( one to be a part time kitchen and break area) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space on a single floor, preferably ground level, is required. Space access shal be ADA compliant. Space shall also include parking for up to 80 vehicles. All services, supplies, utilities, portioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental considerartion. Lease term will be for a five(5) year base period with five(5) one(1) year option periods with Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a request for information only, not a solicitation for offers. Any properties of proposals, submitted by brokers/agents, must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and, if so, please indicate the type of zone.
