CLIN0001: X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), Reference XRF Specifications

Description- XRF is to be used for material analysis, primarily of microelectronic components. Must provide thickness and element composition measurements, at least two primary filters and four programmable collimators. Must recognize all elements from Aluminum and Uranium on the periodic table. The sample stage should be motorized in XYZ dimensions and include a laser pointer for orientation. Must have an integrated safety system.

CLIN0002: Color Video Camera and Display, Reference XRF Specifications

Description- XRF system must include an integrated CCD color video camera and a minimum 22 high definition color display monitor. Must offer manual and automatic focusing, crosshairs, and a calibrated scale ruler.

CLIN0003: Operation and Analysis Computer (Dell BRAND NAME ONLY)

Description- Windows 64-bit, Intel Core 5 or better processor, minimum 8 GB RAM, and minimum 1 TB hard disk storage. Must contain the standard USB and Ethernet ports, wired keyboard, wired mouse, and HD video cable. Included software must contain all drivers necessary to operate the XRF, as well as analysis software for reporting the composition, thickness, and other characteristics of the specimen.

 CLIN0004: Installation and Training

Description- Installation and training for up to six (6) engineers/users for approximately 4 hours.

Required Delivery is 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).  The Government intends to make an award by September 30, 2015.
