The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source award with the Marketing International Corporation, 6711 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22205, for 800 sq. ft of floor space in Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL. The requirement is in support of the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs participation in the 2007 AUSA Winter Symposium and Exhibition (7-9 March 2007). U.S. Army Public Affairs is tasked to support the Army by establishing a Media operations Center during this meeting. No other site can provide the connectivity and close support required. Marketing International Corporation has been appointed by AUSA t o serve as the show management contractor to manage the sales and marketing for all military organizations wishing to participate in their Annual Meeting.
