VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roudebush VAMC, located in Indianapolis, IN desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 37,203 net usable square feet of existing space in Indianapolis, IN to be used as a Domiciliary. The mission of the Domiciliary is to provide an opportunity for Veterans to participate in a Residential, Rehabilitative Therapeutic Community. Veterans will be supported, by VA Staff, to achieve his/her optimal level of functioning and return to independent living. Specialized services are provided in a Therapeutic Residential Community and are based on Psychosocial Rehabilitation and recovery-oriented principles. The space must be a single tenant, class "A" type space. The offered space SHALL be currently zoned for domiciliary use or Special Use Zoning (SU 9). The space must be contiguous, existing space. On-site parking for 75 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Properties within or fronting the following boundaries will be considered: North) I-69 & I-465, South) I-465, West) Meridian Street, East) German Church Rd.
