The Government is soliciting for approximately 11,000 square feet of office space and approximately 6,000 square feet of special space for a total of 17,000 net rentable square feet with secure parking for approximately 20 vehicles. This space will be located within a five-mile radius of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport on or before September 30, 2007. This proposal will be open for 15 days. The term of the lease will be for 5 years with a (1) 5-year renewal option on 90 days notice.
