GSA is seeking to lease 11,728 usable square feet of office space for Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in Harlingen, Texas. EOIR can not be located on the first floor. EOIR must be located on the second floor or higher. Parking requirements are 25 secured parking spaces for employees and 15 for the visiting public. Existing space shall be considered as well as build to suits. Term of the lease will be 5 years firm for existing space and 10 years firm for build to suit. The delineated area is within the city limits of Harlingen, Texas.
