REQUIREMENT:The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class B office space in LOMBARD, IL for Solicitation for Offer number GS-05B-18108 consisting of approximately 9,964 rentable square feet for the USDA. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,650 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: S FINLEY RD ON THE WEST, ROOSEVELT RD (RT 38 ON THE NORTH, MIDWEST RD ON THE EAST AND BUTTERFIELD RD , W 22ND ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality, if economically advantageous. If offers are received for alternate locations, all of the Government?s costs associated with the physical relocation costs, tenant improvements, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines, etc. will be added to all offers, except at the current location. Lease term: ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions are due no later than 4PM CST on 12/19/07.
