The warehouse space should have 14 foot high ceiling clearance and a drive-in entrance. Ten (10) parking spaces are required and up to twenty (20) spaces are preferred. The space must be in compliance with handicapped, fire and life safety standards. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, Five (5) years firm term.
