The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies medical office and related space at 1901 HWY 127, Carrollton, KY 41008 in a lease that will be expiring. The Government intends to enter into a real property succeeding lease contract to lease 9993 ABOA, with a minimum of 85 parking spaces, for utilization as a community-based outpatient clinic. The lease term requirement is for one (1) year firm, four (4) years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by May 1, 2020.
This procurement in being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements as follows:
1. Building name, address and location of the available space
2. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) along with the conversion rate.
3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written
acknowledgement and permission to represent the property
4. Amount of parking available on-site
