The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Avnet, Inc. for the acquisition of Xilinx Vivado Development Software in support of The Aviation of Missile Research Development and Engineering Center, located in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
