The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Project Manager-Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods for the production and delivery of the Munition, Wide Area: Top Attack, XM204; Trainer, Munition, Wide Area: XM98, and XM98 spare parts.
This contract will be executed with Textron Systems Corporation, 201 Lowell Street, Wilmington, MA, 01887, pursuant to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor should it be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government.
