Industry Question #1: If the manufacturer is not willing to quote the base year plus four option years, can we still submit a quote?

Government Response #1: Per solicitation instructions included in the SF 1449 Solicitation document:

"If option year pricing is not available from the manufacturer, the offeror shall so state on the face of the offer."

The government will accept bids that include the number of option years the reseller is willing to bid, keeping in mind that the awarded contract will be with the reseller and not the manufacturer.
