Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct and build all concrete structures, including concrete walls, concrete landings, concrete curbs and concrete bands; remove existing cattle guard and install culvert; perform all excavation, backfill, compacting and grading; and place and grout Masonville Buff Sandstone. The work is located at the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge, Walden, Jackson County, Colorado. The performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 23, 2004 with a bid opening date of on or about April 22, 2004.
