The United States Government (USG) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified landowners and/or developers for the construction and lease to the USG of a housing compound in Belmopan, Belize which would contain a residence for the U.S. Ambassador and approximately 17 houses of varying sizes for USG Embassy staff. The site for the compound should be approximately 15 acres (60,704 square meters), however smaller and larger sites will be considered. The Ambassador's residence will be approximately 950 gross square meters and 725 net square meters, situated on 2 to 3 acres (8094 to 12,140 square meters) of the site.
