The Government of El Salvador, through the Fondo de Inversion Social (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) on or about 26 November 2003 for the construction of the municipal building in Cuscatancingo, Department of San Salvador, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The construction services are financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Earthquake Reconstruction Program in El Salvador. This is a host country contracting mode, using Automated Directive Systems (ADS) Chapter 305.
