Construction of Raceway 57-58 Building at the Jordan River National Fish Hatchery. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct and build a 48 ft by 334 ft wood-framed structure with buried wood column foundation. Contractor will also provide four (4) 12 ft by 12 ft sectional overhead doors, four (4) 3 ft by 7 ft service doors, miscellaneous site work as necessary, provide materials and equipment for electrical power, distribution and lighting, and other miscellaneous work and all appurtenant work specified and shown in the contract documents. The performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 20% will be required.
