The Government of El Salvador, through the Fondo de Inversion Social (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) on or about 30 October 2003 for the construction of a school in Chiltiupan, Departmento La Libertad, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The construction services are financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Earthquake Reconstruction Program in El Salvador. This is a host country contracting mode, using Automated Directive Systems (ADS) Chapter 305.
