The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a Drug Dependency Unit (DDU) in Winnebago, Nebraska. The DDU will be a 19,208 square foot, 2-story building connected to the existing Winnebago Comprehensive Health Care Facility, along with a separate 2,533 square foot ambulance garage. The work includes concrete, masonry, wood framing, EDPM and metal roofing, doors, windows, finishes, and hydraulic elevator. The estimated construction cost for the facility is between $3 and $5 million. The period of performance of the contract will be a maximum of 330 calendar days after notice to proceed.
