The Government of El Salvador through the Fondo de Inversion Social para el Desarrollo (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) for the construction of a health facility in Mejicanos, departamento San Salvador, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract. The construction services are financed by USAID/El Salvador under its Earthquake Reconstruction Program. This is a host country contracting mode, using Automated Directive Systems (ADS) Chapter 305.
