The Government of El Salvador through the Fondo de Inversion Social para el Desarrollo (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) for the construction of a Health Facility in Santa Catarina Masahuat, Departamento Sonsonate, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The construction services are financed by the USAID/El Salvador, under its Earthquake Reconstruction Program.
