The workstation to be 24 foot long, 44 inches high and 30 inches wide. The entire structure will complement the appearance of the d?cor in the 58 AS Big Room. The workstation needs to encase four computer monitors that are positioned at an angle below the surface, covered with glass, and spaced on center at 3', 9', 15' and 21'. The computers systems will be located under the monitors and accessible thru the backside of the workstation. The rest of the space under the countertop will be used for storage. The storage area will have shelves. The backside will have lockable-hinged doors. The countertop will be a material that is easy to clean, durable and matches in color with the rest of the room. The keyboard and mouse for each computer system will be mounted in front of each monitor and will be located so to be ergonomically correct. The glass that covers the monitors will be recessed in the countertop. The trim work will match the oak trim in the rest of the room. The workstation will be free standing, not be attached to the floor or wall. The workstation will be next to a wall and electricity will need to be routed throughout the workstation for power sources to the computers and monitors. There will also be one printer and one fax machine located on the top of the workstation. At these locations there will be an access hole so the wires can be routed under the countertop to the correct locations. The period of performance will be 30 days from the notice to proceed.
