Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specificed government furnished property, to construct approximately 15.5 miles of new fence with appurtenances, remove approxiamtely 12.3 miles of existing fence, and furnish and install 5 cattle guards with wings and concrete bases. Work under this contract is located in Phillips County, MT. Bonds may be reuqired. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government Estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fbo.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted o/a 2/20/04. Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
