Repair the one-story masonry training building, one-story masonry OMS building, privately owned vehicle parking area, and military equipment parking area. Work also includes construction of a pre-engineered metal storage building. Repair of the tra ining building and OMS building includes selective interior and exterior demolition and new entry lobby construction. Work consists of a new EPDM roof at the lobby, a new metal canopy roof at the entry, aluminum windows, new masonry lobby walls, masonry r epair/infill, wood/steel/aluminum storefront doors, interior gypsum board partitions, finishes, restrooms, communications system, electrical system, HVAC system, plumbing, and interior/exterior lighting. The new pre-engineered metal building includes new metal mesh enclosures, and associated electrical, mechanical, and site work. Site work includes grading, concrete/asphalt paving, utilities, sidewalks, sod/seeding, flagpole, security rail, and arm-type entry control gates. Bid Option #1 - design and con struct an asphalt paving overlay for the POV parking area. Bid Option #2  in lieu of the new security rail along Business Loop to and at the entrance, design and construct a physical boundary using berms and landscaping. Contract duration is 510 days.
