The Allen & Felicia Morin site, located at 1658 Cortez Road, Lake Ariel, PA 18436 is adjacent to Middle Creek and has the following description of work; the damaged left bank (viewed downstream) is eroded and threatening the Morin home. Repairs consist of shaping a 150feet length of streambank and installing R-7 riprap to the top of bank that averages 7feet in height. See attached specifications and drawings for specifics. The magnitude of this projects is between $ 25,000 and $100,000 The site showing information is published on Page 32 of the Provisions and Clauses. Central Contract Registration, Online Certifications and Representations, and direct deposit are required for this contract. A 20% bid bond on a Standard Form 24 may be required, see Block 13.B below. The rip rap size to use on this project is the size specified on the rip rap specification. All other references to size are to be disregarded.
