THERE ARE NO BIDDER OR PLAN HOLDER LISTS*** EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (FAR 19.1007(C)) Stream stabilization projects: (DSR BR-06-001). The purpose of this project is to stabilize 30? +/- of eroding bank with a precast concrete block wall and provide 50? +/- of toe protection for the proposed wall as well as the foundation of a home owned by Karen Wells. The project is located along a tributary to the South Branch of Towanda Creek. Fill material will replace the eroded section of bank and will be stabilized by the proposed block wall. Grouted R-6 riprap will be used along the toe of the existing foundation and the proposed wall to protect from further undercutting of the structure. See attached specifications and drawings for specifics. The magnitude of this projects is less than $25,000 The site showing information is published on Page 27 of the Provisions and Clauses. Central Contract Registration, Online Certifications and Representations, and direct deposit are required for this contract. The rip rap size to use on this project is the size specified on the rip rap specification. All other references to size are to be disregarded.
