KNIGHT LIVESTOCK PIPELINE:

The BLM office in Miles City Montana has a requirement for a livestock pipeline. The pipeline shall consist of approximately 19,679 ft of 2¿ pipe and 150 ft of 1 1/2¿ pipe. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies and materials.

Work under this contract is in Wibaux County, MT

The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued around July 16, 2024, and be completed within 87 days.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $15.0 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $250,000.

Payment and performance bonds for 100% of quoted price shall be required. Bonds shall be due within 10 days upon notification of intent to make award.

Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation will make a quoter ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov.
