Lightning protection systems and propane gas systems removal and replacement at five lookout sites on the Umpqua National Forest. Work consists of removal of old systems and all associated materials and replacing the systems in conformance with specifications and drawings. Base items and separately priced option items for related work are included; Work is to be completed by July 1, 2007; This is a Request For Proposals; In addition to price proposals offerors are required to complete a project specific questionnaire providing information regarding past performance history, technical capability, work coordination, quality control and safety management; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000 including the option items; When ready, the solicitation will be posted on this website.
