CT-FP FY 08 Acquisition Sources SoughtFedBizOpps Reference #MACDILL-MATOC-2008 The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, FL is contemplating the award of up to three (3) Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contracts (MATOC). The MATOC is intended to cover a broad range of maintenance, repair, and construction services of real property (for example, carpentry, excavation, interior renovation, electrical, plumbing, painting, demolition, masonry, and HVAC). Work may potentially involve new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the above elements of work. The performance area is MacDill AFB, Florida. For the purpose of this RFI the anticipated the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes are 236220 / Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and 236118/Residential Remodelers, each with a size standard of $28,500,000. All interested, registered 8(a) parties are invited to respond. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI.
