This project consists of two main parts that may be proposed on separately or together. Part "A" consists of providing one modular barracks building (approx. 1750 sq.ft.) delivered and set on a full basement foundation and construction of porch, ramp, stair, and window well roofing. Part "B" consists of constructing the finished basement including two bathrooms, four bedrooms, interior and exterior stairs, all utility work required to get services to and connected to the building, and associated site work. Additive items include installing concrete sidewalks in the parking area and graveling the parking area. The project is located on the Pinedale Ranger District, Bridger-Teton National Forest, Sublette County, Wyoming. The contract will be 180 calendar days. Work is estimated to start in May of 2006. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, April 24, 2006. The estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The proposed project listed here is not a small business set-aside.
