This project, located on the Pinehurst Work Center, involves the development of a three barracks housing compound at an existing undeveloped site. Work includes construction of an access road and parking, extension of an existing water system to serve the site, installation of site utilities, construction of on site sewage disposal systems, and construction of two ten person barracks with an option for a third ten person barracks. The barracks building may be either manufactured units or constructed on site. The recommended contract time is 300 days, desired start work date is September 20, 2004.
