The Government of El Salvador, through the Fondo de Inversion Social para el Desarrollo, FISDL has issued IFB 5-2002-USAID-53-MSPAS for the reconstruction of a health facility in Santa Catarina Masahuat, departamento, Sonsonate, El Salvador. FISLD issued modification No. 3 to the above numbered IFB to effect the following changes: a. extend the IFB closing date to 3 March 2003; b. allow new bidders an opportunity to visit the construction site on 13 February 2003; and c. revise the drawings.
