Change toilet partition layout and material. 6. Change lavatory location, design and material. 7. Change all toilet accessories. 8. Construct new women?s latrine area. 9. Construct new canopy over the entrance doors. 10. Construct new concrete stoop by the entrance doors. B. Mechanical 1. Replace existing pluming system. 2. Replace existing heating and ventilation system. 3. Replace existing steam distribution system. C. Electrical 1. Replace existing lighting fixtures, switches, associated conduits and wiring. 2. Replace existing receptacle outlets, associated conduits and wiring. 3. Replace existing circuitry for HVAC system. 4. Replace existing fire detectors associated conduits and wiring with new.
