REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District (USACE Portland) is conducting research to determine the interest and availability of offerors for a future acquisition. Please see the attached technical specifications, drawings and price schedule for the anticipated fabrication and installation of a lamprey flume on the Bonneville Dam fish ladder.

This Request for Information is being posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website to gather information from industry to utilize in preparing a solicitation document with the most current best practices.

In addition to expressing availability and level of interest in providing equipment and services, we ask that interested firms affirmatively or negatively respond regarding the completion of the work within the stated contract performance period and the estimated pricing based on the provided price schedule. An extension to the in-water work period through 31 March 2011 has been requested, but not granted.
