This solicitation is to provide services to repair Road 4220 Site for: Project is located at M.P. 6.7 on Road 4220 on the Clackamas River Ranger District on the Mt. Hood National Forest. Work will consist of blading and moving all cobbles or rocks into roadway that is located on or along the side of Roadway. Material shall be windrowed so material can be crushed in-place. Then processed material for road and turnout segments will be bladed into a 12' outsloped road (3-5%) and left to drain and the Forest Service will do the final Blading at a later date. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work specified herein. B. Before construction begins, identify and layout all areas (roadway, turnouts and curve widing) that need to be crushed. These need to be approved by the Engineer before the next phase of work may begin. For more detailed information of specified work, refer to the plans. C. During construction the Contractor will be responsible to protect all streams and culverts. D. Road 4220 will have approxiamtely 120 minute delays while crushing material. Contractor shall be responsible for all signing and barricades for traffic control. "See Note 1."
