The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that NAVFAC EURAFSWA intends to solicit proposals and award a firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract. The work includes sanitation improvements to Kindergarten #8 in Ceadir Lunga, Moldova. The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will utilize simplified acquisition procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal and past performance, as well as a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 and the annual size standard is $33,500,000. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The contractor shall complete all works within 300 calendar days after contract award.
